Shipping

Our standard delivery times vary by service. Air freight typically takes 3-5 business days globally, while sea freight can range from 15-45 days depending on the route and port congestion. Road transport within the continent usually arrives in 2-7 days.
Volume is calculated as Length x Width x Height. For international freight, we use the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight (CBM). Reach out through our Contact Us page and our team will calculate this for you.
Yes, we handle specialized HAZMAT shipments. However, these require specific documentation (MSDS) and pre-approval from our compliance team to ensure safety and regulatory adherence.

Tracking

Tracking updates occur at major transit hubs. During long-haul segments (like ocean crossings or international flights), there may be a gap in updates while the cargo is in motion. Updates resume once scanned at the arrival port.
From your dashboard, click the 'Share' icon next to your shipment. You can generate a public URL that allows recipients to view the real-time map and status without needing an account.
This status indicates that your shipment is currently being processed by the local customs authorities. This is a standard procedure for all international goods entering a new territory.

Pricing

No. Atlas Transit prides itself on transparency. All fuel surcharges and handling fees are included in the initial quote we provide. The price you see is the price you pay.
Absolutely. Our Enterprise tier offers tiered pricing for clients shipping more than 100 containers annually. Contact our sales team for a custom rate card.

International Customs

Typically, you need a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and a Bill of Lading. Depending on the destination, you might also need a Certificate of Origin or specific Import Permits.
By default, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning the recipient pays. However, we can arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where the sender covers all costs upfront.
